An organization working in higher education with a student size of 700 is seeking applications for the following position at its institution in Kathmandu. We invite applications from well- qualified, experienced, and dynamic candidates with strong public relations skills and a commitment to progressive institution-building in the field of academia.

Post: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum of a Master's degree (MPhil/PhD preferred).
At least 5 years of experience in key strategic positions within educational institutions or corporations.
Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate stakeholders.
Advanced experience in education management, preferably at a senior level, to provide valuable expertise and advice to senior management/board.
Effective problem-solving and conflict management skills to handle high-level institutional challenges.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage tactfully and adapt to changing environments.
Strong understanding of good governance practices, internal controls, and operational management.
Capable and willing to take up transformational leadership challenges.
Candidates with strong public relation and marketing abilities are much preferred.

Main Duties and Responsibilities: The CEO will be responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic direction, and ensuring the effective operation of the institution.

Key responsibilities include overseeing academic programs, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with educational regulations, and promoting student success. The CEO will collaborate with faculty, staff, and the University to drive innovation and institutional growth, while also fostering partnerships and securing funding opportunities.

Age: 35-60 Years

Salary: Negotiable
