Responsibilities:

Provide visionary leadership for strategic growth and innovation.
Drive business development initiatives to expand national and international market presence.
Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with the board of directors to set and achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in an executive role, preferably within the BFI, Corporate, IT or Security industry.
Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
Master's degree in finance, Business Administration, Management, Security or AI or related fields is preferred.
15+ years of Experience in related field.
