We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and results-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the overall operations, strategic direction, and business growth of the organization. The CEO will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, driving organizational performance, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership for the management, operation, and business strategy of the company.
Formulate and implement the company’s long-term strategies, business expansion plans, and institutional development plans.
Maintain effective coordination with the Board of Directors and relevant stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with prevailing laws, regulatory requirements, and the company’s policies and procedures.
Effectively monitor the company’s financial, administrative, and operational activities.
Provide necessary leadership to achieve the company’s business goals and objectives.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Required Age:More than 24 years

Other Specification

Master’s degree in Management, Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field from a recognized university, or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification from a recognized institution, with at least a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject.
Minimum 5 years of experience at a managerial or leadership level.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the financial institution, investment, corporate, or related sectors.
Candidates should demonstrate excellent leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, decision-making ability, and strong communication skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Nepali and English will be preferred.

Note: Salary will be discussed and finalized during the interview based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and suitability for the position.
