Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

• Masters level degree/Chartered Accountants.
• At least 5 years working experience in the financial sector or in related fields (i.e Investment, Portfolio management, underwriting, stock markets and other merchant banking activities) in management level position.
• Good understanding of Nepalese Capital Markets, financial research and report analysis, securities trading, portfolio management operations, investment understandings and other merchant banking related activities.
• Age not exceeding 45 years
