This position requires a person of exceptional caliber. Selection will be based on a robust set of competencies demonstrating experiences and achievements in the areas below:

At least 2 years of working experience in the field of IT companies with exclusive experience of at least 5 years in the management level
Should be able to take initiative, perseverance and demonstrate the ability to motivate and manage a team
Strong commitment to mission and core values IT sectors

Proficiency in Nepali and English; must possess communication and computer skills

Job Description

Prepare and execute periodic and annual plans, budgets and programs for the growth and development of TNIPL,
Perform program and financial monitoring, reporting and meeting all the compliance requirements as per the prudential Acts, rules, regulations, and directives of regulators.
Maintain functional relations with the regulators: other institutions; and federations and apex bodies,
Ensure effective human and financial resource management and update of Management Information System (MIS).
