This position requires a person of exceptional caliber. Selection will be based on a robust set of competencies demonstrating experiences and achievements in the areas below:

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the field of IT companies with exclusive experience of at least 5 years in the management level
  • Should be able to take initiative, perseverance and demonstrate the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Strong commitment to mission and core values IT sectors
  • Result-oriented, enthusiastic and self-motivated person
  • Proficiency in Nepali and English; must possess communication and computer skills
  • Fluent in Excel and ERP Software

Job Description

  • Prepare and execute periodic and annual plans, budgets and programs for the growth and development of TNIPL,
  • Perform program and financial monitoring, reporting and meeting all the compliance requirements as per the prudential Acts, rules, regulations, and directives of regulators.
  • Maintain functional relations with the regulators: other institutions; and federations and apex bodies,
  • Ensure effective human and financial resource management and update of Management Information System (MIS).
