We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our rapidly growing BPO company, serving Australian clients from Nepal. This is a unique opportunity to drive innovation, operational excellence, and strategic growth in a highly competitive global industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business strategies to expand operations and enhance service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with foreign clients and stakeholders.
Lead a high-performance team, fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and innovation.
Ensure financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and compliance with local and international regulations.
Implement cutting-edge technology and process improvements to optimize service delivery.
Represent the company in strategic partnerships, industry events, and government engagements.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA qualification preferred).
Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a BPO, finance, or outsourcing industry.
Proven track record of scaling operations and managing cross-border client relationships.
Strong understanding of foreign accounting, compliance, and business environment (preferred).
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
