• Foster partnerships with key stakeholders, including travel industry leaders, technology providers, and gaming companies
• Drive the integration of gaming innovation and technology into our travel and tours management services
• Build and manage a high-performing team, including department heads and key personnel
• Oversee marketing, sales, and customer service operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and gaming innovations to continuously enhance our offerings

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on management and leadership
• Proven track record of driving innovation, growth, and profitability in a CEO or similar role
• Strong understanding of technological trends, gaming innovation, and their applications in the travel industry
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
• Ability to build and maintain key partnerships and stakeholder relationships
• Experience with website and mobile app development, launch, and management
