About the job

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer at Global Venture Investment Company located in Kathmandu. The Chief Executive Officer will oversee the company's operations, develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, and lead the executive team in achieving company goals.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior leadership role
Demonstrated success in strategic planning and business development
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team
Bachelor's degree in business administration or relevant field; Master's degree is a plus
Previous experience in the investment or finance industry is highly desirable
