Job Specifications:

• Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or CA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management roles within the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing multiple hotel properties.
• Demonstrated success in driving financial performance and operational excellence.
• Experience in business development and strategic planning.
• Background in working within diverse geographic locations, preferably in Nepal or similar markets.
