Job Descriptions:

1. Strategic Leadership and Management

Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the hotel portfolio.
Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

2. Financial Performance

Drive profitability through effective financial management and operational efficiency.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring sustainable growth.

3. Business Development

Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and clients.
Lead marketing and sales initiatives to maximize revenue.

4. Operational Oversight

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Implement best practices in hospitality management and guest services.
Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to improve operational effectiveness.

5.Team Leadership

Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing management team.
Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

6.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA):

Knowledge

In-depth understanding of the hospitality industry and market trends.
Knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in the hotel industry.

Skills

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in financial analysis and strategic planning.

Job Specifications:

Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or CA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Professional certifications in hospitality management or related disciplines are a plus.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management roles within the hospitality industry.
Proven experience in managing multiple hotel properties.
Demonstrated success in driving financial performance and operational excellence.
Experience in business development and strategic planning.
Background in working within diverse geographic locations, preferably in Nepal or similar markets.
