 Role Description

This is a full-time Chief Engineer role located on-site in Kathmandu at Radisson Hotel Group. The Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's engineering operations, managing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, the Chief Engineer will lead the engineering team, develop maintenance strategies, and collaborate with various departments to optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and building automation systems
• Experience in managing engineering operations in a hotel or similar environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Understanding of safety regulations and building codes
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Technical degree or certification in Engineering or related field
• Experience with sustainability initiatives and energy conservation practices
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
