Job Specifications:
Education Level: MBS/MBA in Account/ CA
Experience Required: More than or equals to 10 years
Location: Kathmandu,
Position : Managerial 

Other Specifications: 

• Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Taxation with sound analytical skills
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills 
• Strong Leadership skills 

Job Descriptions: 

• Manages and supervises the operation of Accounts Division
• Develops & implements strategies and action plans for the department 
• Oversees the cash flow management of the company (cash analysis, reporting, approving payment vouchers) 
• Identifies and manages various sources for cash inflow and financing tools
• Tax Accounting and Planning 
• Generates and analyses the profitability statement of project using financial methods 
• Oversees the activities associated for the timely preparation of running bills; follow up internal & external stakeholders for recovery 
• Prepares financial statements (Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet &  Cash Flow) and other reports 
• Supervises operation related to the vendors and maintains goodwill with all the vendors 
• Liaises and collaborates with other departments / divisions and external parties-vendors, clients, government bodies
• Oversees the management and mobilization of staffs of the department
