Job Description

The Chief Academic Officer (CAO) functions as the academic leader of Ambition Guru, responsible for ensuring that all products and services such as the School Management System, Central Monitoring System, LMS, Admission and Entrance Portals, Online Exam Platforms, and Mobile Applications align with educational standards, learning outcomes, and institutional needs.

The CAO will lead the development of academic content, digital learning systems, and curriculum alignment, working closely with the technology and business teams to ensure quality and innovation across all E-Digital products.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Strategy & Product Integration

Lead the design and development of academic structures, content standards, and curriculum frameworks for our learning platforms.
Ensure all educational products (ERP, LMS, and related platforms) are academically sound, learner-centric, and aligned with national and international education standards.
Provide strategic guidance to ensure our solutions enhance institutional efficiency and student learning outcomes.

Content, Curriculum & Quality Assurance

Oversee the development and review of digital learning materials, assessments, and interactive modules.
Establish and implement academic quality standards, evaluation frameworks, and feedback mechanisms.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators for content enrichment and validation.

Research, Innovation & Academic Partnerships

Lead research and innovation initiatives in educational technology, curriculum design, and digital learning.
Identify and develop academic partnerships with schools, universities, education boards, and government bodies.
Stay abreast of emerging educational trends, EdTech methodologies, and policy developments to inform product innovation.

Leadership & Collaboration

Work closely with the Chief Business Officer (CBO) to ensure academic and business strategies align effectively.
Provide leadership to the content, academic, and instructional design teams to maintain high standards of performance and collaboration.
Represent E-Digital Nepal in academic forums, conferences, and industry collaborations to enhance visibility and thought leadership.
