Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Conduct and supervise chemistry laboratory sessions for students in accordance with the curriculum.
Prepare lab materials, chemicals, equipment, and safety setups before each session.
Teach students proper laboratory techniques, safety protocols, and scientific methods.
Demonstrate experiments and guide students in performing hands-on investigations.
Maintain accurate records of lab activities, inventories, and student assessments.
Ensure laboratory cleanliness, safety compliance, and proper chemical storage and disposal.
Collaborate with subject teachers to integrate practical work with theoretical lessons.
Foster an engaging, inclusive, and curiosity-driven learning environment.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Education, or a related field.
Teaching certification or relevant pedagogical training (preferred).
Previous experience in a school laboratory or science teaching role is an advantage.
Strong understanding of laboratory safety and handling of chemicals.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Passion for science education and hands-on learning.
