Job Description

To lead its Finance and Accounts function based at its Head office in Kathmandu, the following position is announced 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements, reports, and forecasts.
  • Develop and implement the company’s financial strategy in alignment with business goals.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO and executive team.
  • Lead long-term financial planning, risk management, and business expansion strategies
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital structure to maintain financial stability.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
  • Promote professional growth through continuous learning and development initiatives.
  • Stay current with changes in tax laws and regulations, and provide recommendations to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of financial controls and processes.
  • Collaborate with external auditors during annual financial audits.
