We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring that all food is prepared to a high standard. You will report to the Sous Chef or Head Chef and work closely with other members of the kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all food is prepared to high standards and presented in an attractive manner
• Train and supervise junior staff members in the kitchen
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed
• Assist with menu planning and development
• Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes
• Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and is safe for consumption
• Communicate with other members of the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service
• Assist with the management of food costs and waste
