Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality and efficiency
  • Develop and execute authentic Italian menus with fresh, seasonal ingredients
  • Manage and train kitchen staff
  • Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure health and safety compliance
