About the job

Sherpa Hospitality Group (SHG) is seeking a Chef de Cuisine (Italian) for Nomad Hotel, Lazimpat.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality and efficiency
Develop and execute authentic Italian menus with fresh, seasonal ingredients
Manage and train kitchen staff
Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure health and safety compliance
Innovate and introduce new dishes
Collaborate on budget planning and cost control

Qualifications

Proven experience in Italian cuisine.
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Commitment to food safety and hygiene.
Passion for high-quality dishes and seasonal ingredients.
