Chef

The Chef will be responsible for preparing a variety of meals daily, ensuring high-quality taste, nutrition, and presentation. The role includes planning menus, managing kitchen inventory, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring timely meal preparation for the household or establishment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare multiple varieties of meals per day (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) as required.
• Cook Nepali, Indian, and basic Continental dishes (or as instructed).
• Plan daily and weekly menus based on requirements and dietary needs.
• Ensure food quality, taste, nutrition, and presentation standards.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Manage raw materials and notify for timely grocery/ingredient purchase.
• Minimize food wastage and handle ingredients efficiently.
• Clean utensils, cooking area, and kitchen equipment after use.
• Follow instructions regarding dietary requirements or special meals.
• Ensure timely preparation and serving of food.
