Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Channel Marketing Executive to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of channel marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for POSM management, channel activation, market intelligence, and brand visibility initiatives to drive sales and strengthen market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare activation plans and POSM (Point of Sale Materials) distribution plans in line with commercial and marketing activities.
Ensure effective implementation of POSM across dealer outlets, retail channels, and activation programs.
Monitor and regulate the distribution and utilization of POSM materials to optimize costs and maximize returns.
Identify and recommend appropriate POS and POP materials based on market requirements, channel needs, and brand positioning.
Conduct regular market visits to assess visibility standards and ensure effective execution of branding initiatives.
Collect, analyze, and report competitor promotional activities and channel marketing trends within assigned territories.
Coordinate with sales and commercial teams to ensure successful execution of channel marketing campaigns.
Train sales teams and outsourced staff on the proper utilization of marketing materials and promotional assets.
Assist in selecting and deploying promotional materials for events, activations, and trade marketing initiatives.
Track, monitor, and maintain company marketing assets, including coolers, vending machines, gates, slim lights, merchandising displays, premium visibility materials, and other branding assets.
Prepare monthly reports on POSM distribution, channel activation activities, asset utilization, market feedback, and best practices.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Channel Marketing, Trade Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Strong understanding of sales and distribution channels.
Knowledge of POSM, merchandising, trade marketing, and brand activation activities.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Willingness to travel frequently for market visits and activation monitoring.
