Executive Search- merojob is looking for a CEO for an OTT (Over-the-Top) music and video content management and streaming companyAs the CEO of a company operating an OTT platform that collaborates with ISPs (Internet Service Providers), PSOs (Payment Service Operators), PSPs (Payment Service Providers), including telcos, your role encompasses a range of responsibilities, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Key Result Areas (KRAs).

Job Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership
    Develop and communicate the company's strategic direction, aligning it with market trends and business objectives while overseeing its implementation

  2. Partnership Development
    Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with ISPs, telcos, PSOs, and PSPs to enhance distribution channels, billing integration, and payment options for subscribers

  3. Content Acquisition and Curation
    Lead efforts to acquire, license, and curate high-quality content that resonates with the target audience, ensuring a diverse and engaging content library

  4. Technology and Product Innovation
    Oversee the development and enhancement of the OTT platform's technology infrastructure and user experience, focusing on scalability, security, and innovation to stay competitive

  5. Marketing and User Acquisition
    Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain subscribers, leveraging partnerships with ISPs, telcos, and payment service providers for targeted promotions and user acquisition campaigns

  6. Financial Management
    Set financial targets, manage budgets effectively, and optimize revenue streams through subscription fees, advertising, and partnerships, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth

  7. Regulatory Compliance
    Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, particularly regarding content licensing, data privacy, payment processing, and telecommunications regulations

  8. Customer Experience and Support
    Prioritize the delivery of an exceptional customer experience, including responsive customer support and user-friendly interfaces, to drive user satisfaction and retention
