Roles and responsibilities of this job

Job Category: General Manager, CEO, Chief Administration Officer

Responsible for all the administrative duties of the Samaj Dental Group business - 1 Hospital, 2 clinics, 1 Dental Hygienist college, 1 skin clinic
Determining human resource requirements and implementing it
Preparing training manual for all departmental staffs and implementing it for smooth operation of the business and achieve the goal of the organisation
Liaising with all the relevant stakeholders including international parties for the benefit of the organisation
Preparing annual targets and the reporting system and regular report the progress to the directors
Prepare the marketing, advertisement plan and implementing it with measurable effectiveness
Identifying new business opportunities and planning to tap for it
Take instruction from the directors and implement those instructions and report of their progress plus all the other AD HOC responsibilities

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Post Graduate in any discipline preferably Business Management
Minimum 3 years experience as CEO or in senior managerial position
Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision
Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills
Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and public speaking skills

Note:

This position is the top job of the organisation under the director
The salary scale is 50000 above plus the social security benefits, grade allowance and the annual performance bonus
