Job Description

  • Direct the company in keeping with the vision outlined for the company by the Board of Directors
  • Partner and collaborate with other organizations to grow the company, strengthen it and ensure its sustainability
  • Represent the company as required, including attendance of important functions, industry events and public meetings
  • Work closely with the Finance and Marketing Department to prepare annual budgets, complete risk analysis on potential investments, and advise the BOD with regard to investments
  • Work closely with Human Resources (HR) regarding hiring practices, payroll and benefit disbursement.
  • Oversee quality control throughout the company, establishing goals for each department in partnership with division managers
  • Establish and implement the Strategic business, Financial and operational plans and reports
  • Ultimate brand responsibility and financial management accountability.
  • Provide guidance, development and training to assigned staff and encourage individual development
  • Strive to make sure that the business is generated as per the target and planning.
  • Ensure organization is running smoothly and efficiently in accordance with the company business development plans and objectives
  • Work collaboratively across the organization and share best practices. The CEO needs to be a major contributor/leader across our organization
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure performance to the annual business plan targets
  • Ability to travel as needed
