Job Description

  • To lead Home and Living category (Bedding & Bath, Furniture & Décor, Kitchen & Dining, Laundry & Cleaning)
  • To develop long term plan and strategies. To plan campaigns in such a way that you meet month on month targets.
  • Manage a team, help in executing the plans.
  • To build and manage relationship with key sellers and brands to manage business growth.
  • To execute plan in coordination with different departments.
  • End to end ownership of products within category assortment building to Customer Experience
  • Keeping a close eye on your industry. Being familiar with prices, trends, key players, identifying top sellers, and new brands that will provide Daraz customers with more variety
  • Analyze data to identify issues and areas for growth and create reports for internal and external stakeholders to track and improve performance
  • Consistently and proactively take initiatives to grow your category and improve customer experience
  • Build strong internal relationships with various internal stakeholders and teams across various functions and even with the regional team members

Requirements

  • Minimum Master’s Degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant field.
  • Proactive and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to anticipate and identify problems and use sound judgment to make decisions
  • Both Analytical and technical skills required for job
  • Must have ability to take initiation for activities while performing in the postion
