Job Description

  • Assure multiple stores throughout a large physical area
  • Manage and assume overall responsibility for the success of stores by directing all operational aspects of each store
  • Accomplish and achieve regional sales target
  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Completing audits; identifying sales trends
  • Training, assigning, scheduling store visits, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned area
  • Planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions of store In charge; planning and reviewing actions; enforcing policies and procedures
  • Focusing regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Manage retail staff including store In charge and among which includes people working on the floor, and the cashiers of each stores
