Overview: The Caregiver Program Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the caregiver training program, including operations, marketing, and stakeholder management. This role requires a dynamic leader with excellent organizational, communication, and marketing skills to ensure the successful execution and growth of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Operations:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the caregiver training program, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
  • Develop and implement program policies and procedures to maintain high standards of training and service.
  • Coordinate with instructors and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality training sessions.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance outcomes.
  • Manage program budgets, resources, and logistics to ensure cost-effective operations.

Marketing and Outreach:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the caregiver training program to potential candidates and stakeholders.
  • Utilize various marketing channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and events, to increase program visibility and enrollment.
  • Create engaging content and marketing materials to attract and retain program participants.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local and international partners, including healthcare institutions and recruitment agencies.
  • Represent Zen Edu Hub Nepal at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand awareness and program reputation.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program participants, providing guidance, support, and addressing any concerns.
  • Liaise with external partners, including government agencies, accreditation bodies, and international employers, to ensure compliance and program alignment.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative environment among staff, instructors, and participants.
  • Conduct regular meetings and updates with senior management to report on program progress and achievements.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the caregiving sector.
  • Identify opportunities for program improvement and innovation to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from participants and stakeholders for continuous program enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management, operations, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare or education sector.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and marketing training programs or similar initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
