Job Description

Are you the “qualified” candidate?

Call Operators are responsible for using their knowledge of study abroad and destination countries to assist callers with inquiries and eligibility checks. They speak with students, listen to their inquiries and offer possible solutions. Further, they guide the students to respective counselors of destination countries to solve their queries and gain detailed information. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Filter the collected leads from different campaigns and initiate the first stage communication with them. 
  • Follow up with the students through phone calls and emails and refer genuine applicants to the respective department. 
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining the eligibility criteria and the requirements of the destination countries. 
  • Receive and handle calls, emails, text messages or instant messages from prospective students. 
  • Maintain communication equipment by reporting problems.
  • Accomplish sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
  • Utilize software, databases, and tools appropriately for student follow up and providing information for the queries
