We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agent at our office located in Kathmandu. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a pivotal role in our customer service and sales efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include making outbound calls to customers, generating leads, processing orders, and providing information about our company's products and services.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers to generate leads and sales.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide information about our company's products and services to customers.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Keep detailed records of interactions with customers in our database.
Collaborate with team members to achieve team objectives and targets.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Proven experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer service.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English languages required; additional languages a plus.
Must be able to work on-site in Kathmandu.
