Nepal Gas Group is one of Nepal's leading LPG business groups, operating multiple LPG bottling plants and an LPG cylinder manufacturing unit. We are expanding our Corporate Finance & Reporting team and invite competent finance professionals to contribute to strategic financial management and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare standalone & consolidated financial statements as per NFRS.
• Prepare MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and business plans.
• Perform financial modelling, profitability analysis, and business performance evaluation.
• Coordinate with banks & financial institutions for loans, LC, BG, treasury, and working capital management.
• Ensure compliance with NFRS, VAT, Income Tax, Companies Act, and statutory requirements.
• Support statutory, tax, and internal audits.
• Prepare reports and presentations for Management, Board, lenders, and investors.
• Assist in ERP implementation, reporting automation, finance transformation, business expansion, and M&A initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams across Group companies.
