About The Business Support Manager Position

We are looking for a skilled Business Support Manager who is responsible for managing and coordinating teams and partners to ensure that the objectives of Alaya and its offshore partners are met. They have to ensure effective day-to-day operations of the staff and develop business strategies for the partners to support growth in the outsourcing division. As a middle-level leader, they are expected to possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high customer service and client relations standards.

Major Responsibilities

Strategic Management: 

  • Be part of the outsourcing vision and business plan, contributing to the development and execution of strategies to support growth.
  • Grow long-term relationships with clients and capitalize on future opportunities.
  • Identify business improvement and growth opportunities for partners.
  • Execute strategic plans and goals developed by senior management, ensuring staff adherence to company values.

Revenue Growth

  • Analyze profitability, revenue margins, and utilization across outsourcing partners.
  • Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for all offshoring business.

People Management

  • Manage team members in the outsourcing division through transparent communication, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Mentor and guide team members, helping them achieve their development plans aligned with individual and partner goals.
  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment, promoting collaboration and teamwork.

Client Relations, Communication And Business Coaching

  • Maintain effective communication channels within the team and with the business partners.
  • Regularly communicate progress, challenges, and feedback to the business partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth staff transitions and effective cross-team collaboration.
  • Connect business partners and staff, ensuring alignment with Alaya's vision and mission.
  • Help become an integral part of partner’s business by providing business coaching to the partners to help them grow their business, improve the process and achieve their business targets.

Information Security Management

  • Responsible for managing the organisation's core business operations, ensuring that they are conducted in accordance with ISO 27001:2013 ISMS requirements, and working with the IT Security Administrator to ensure that security is built into the core business operations lifecycle, to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Ensure that all employees are trained in security awareness and follow security policies and procedures.

Apply If You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Management or related field (Master's preferred)
  • At least 3 years of demonstrated leadership skills in leading a team.
  • Experience in setting strategic goals, planning, and executing initiatives to meet organizational objectives
  • Experience in managing resources, including staffing, training, and development
  • Experience in managing client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Experience in running a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Operation preferably in the Mortgage industry
  • Familiarity with the industry's software and tools such as CRM or any other relevant technologies

Work hours: 6:00 A.M to 2:00 P.M (non-negotiable) including a 1-hour lunch break

Please note that our office premises are open so we will be delighted to work with you at our Jawalakhel office if you get hired!
