Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments.
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to ensure profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, government bodies, and stakeholders.
Lead a team of professionals, providing mentorship and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and improvement.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to education and visa services.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Proven experience in a managerial role within the education sector, preferably with a focus on international student services.
Strong understanding of visa regulations and processes for Australia.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving performance and achieving targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Relevant degree in business, education, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
