Job Description

  • Lead the team of young and energetic employees with a good leadership practice and long-term vision meet the organization objective
  • Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals. Drive to build organizational capability and people excellence
  • Set the target in coordination with management and strategies in achieving it 
  • Monitor day to day operations and supervise the team members’ performance for effective implementation of daily tasks and achievement
  • Builds company image and coordinates effectively in various work-related matters by collaborating with clients, Government, development sectors and other institutions
  • Forecast sales and prepare a marketing plan to boost up the daily sales of the services
  • Analyze the financial activities, track the daily and monthly revenue and boost up the sales of the services to align the financial target of the company
  • Participate in the seminars, exhibitions, meetings and other activities to promote the company and its services
  • Expand the services of the company to national and international level and increase the scope of work regarding services being offered
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge and understanding of HR Industry, strategic objectives and goals/business unit functions from an HR and business organization perspective

Salary, Benefits and more: 

  • Gross Salary: NRs. 1,00,000.00 to NRs. 1,50,000.00
