Job Description:

Examine new opportunities in current and potential markets
Client and Account Management: Formulate and negotiate SLAs during contract drafting, achieve revenue targets
Design and monitor KPIs
Prepare a comprehensive budget that delivers the greatest value to the business
Organize recruitment, training, and appraisal of team members
Leverage market data to drive company growth
Work with other managers to create long term company strategy
Solve customer needs and concerns through product innovations
Build and implement KPIs, metrics and processes that result in a healthy conversion of leads to current customers

Requirement:

MBA (preferred)
Related work experience
Analytical mindset and strong use of data-driven decision making
Creativity, analytical thinking, and ability to use data insights to structure high impact partnerships and deals
Passion for Khaalisisi’s vision and ability to thrive in unstructured environment

Office time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (subject to change)
