Responsibilities

1. Robust Portfolio Management

• Dedicated Oversight: Manage and maintain the portfolio management system for an expanding portfolio of collaborative projects, ensuring effective tracking, review, and optimization of all projects.
• Enhanced Tracking and Optimization: Monitor the progress of each project closely, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely achievement of milestones to maximize outcomes.
• Implementation Review: Oversee the proper implementation of the collaboration framework, ensuring adherence to guidelines and enhancing the effectiveness of partnerships and project outcomes. 

2. In-Depth Market and Competitor Analysis

• Strategic Insights: Conduct continuous monitoring and analysis of market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the competitive market.
• Proactive Response: Anticipate and respond proactively to market changes, helping the company remain agile and adaptable to capitalize on new opportunities and mitigate potential threats.

3. Strategic SWOT Analysis

• Comprehensive Evaluations: Facilitate regular SWOT analyses to understand internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as external opportunities and threats.
• Informed Strategic Planning: Utilize insights from SWOT analyses to inform strategic planning, ensuring growth strategies are well-grounded and effectively targeted.

4. Support Data-Driven Decision Making

• Accurate Data Analysis: Review and analyze business data, generating actionable insights and comprehensive reports that support informed decision-making.
• Enhanced Decision-Making: Provide insights that enhance the company’s growth strategies, and competitive advantage, and ensure decisions are backed by reliable data.

Qualifications

• Education: BBA Graduate (Master's preferred)
• Experience: 1-2 Years in Product/Project Management
