Job Description

Prepare Sales and marketing policy, strategies, and plan
To market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns
Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by training, and coaching employees
Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing job contributions
Confident to achieves sales targets and operational objectives
Prepares and completes marketing action plan
Prepare proposal/presentation and pitch to clients
Innovative, creative, and new idea generator for the media and television market/industry
Lead the advertising and media marketing team
Meets marketing and sales financial objectives and target by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets
Determines annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales
Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the result
Lead sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, analyses, and new product information
Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, advertising, and maintaining a research database
Maintain corporate PR and Plan meetings and trades
Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
