MountReady is a tech company disrupting the trekking industry in Nepal with an innovative solution that helps trekking agencies increase revenue, while allowing trekkers to save time and money.

We're now looking to add a new motivated self-starter to our team of Business Developers, responsible for developing a network of local parters in Kathmandu.


You'll visit a list of partners in the Thamel area to introduce them to MountReady and explain how we can help them increase their revenue - without investment or extra work on their part. You'll then sign them up into the platform (free) and manage the ongoing relationship.


  • Understand the business concept and value preposition;
  • Maintain and develop relationships with Local Partners;
  • Provide guidance and support to the Partners;
  • Be the Liaison between management and local partners;
  • Reporting updates & feedback on a weekly basis;
  • Working with wider team to resolve problems;


This will be a phenomenal opportunity if you are/have:

  • Based in Kathmandu (mandatory);
  • An ambitious can do personality;
  • Able to build rapport quickly;
  • Strong networking skills & high emotional intelligence;
  • Experience in business, sales or in person costumer support (preferred);
  • Experience working with Google Sheets (preferred);
  • Connections in the trekking industry (valued);

If you meet the requirements, you'll undergo a streamlined 3 step process:

  • Pre-Screening (2min self-presentation video)
  • HR Interview (20min)
  • Trial Onboarding (1 to 3, 30min training sessions)

  • A full list of leads ready to onboard (no need to prospect);
  • Strategies to increase partners sales & Your commissions;
