What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • 2 years of experience preferred in Fintech, BPO, SaaS, E-commerce, Startups, or other client-facing/technology-driven organisations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role preferred.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in an evolving marketplace setup.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Who We Are:

Funding Loop is an Australian-based financial marketplace, helping businesses find the right funding, asset finance, and payment solutions. We believe in empowering companies by matching them with tailored finance options quickly, transparently, and without unnecessary hassle.

We’re expanding our team in Nepal — if you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Make outbound calls to leads provided by the marketing team.
  • Sign up prospective customers for our emailing list and keep them engaged.
  • Pitch and sell our products, generating interest and uncovering customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate notes and status updates in CRM.
  • Book meetings for our lending specialists and clients
  • Clearly explain our company’s offerings and product features to prospects.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to enhance credibility.
  • Handle objections thoughtfully and professionally.
  • Attend regular company meetings and share feedback/ideas.
