We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our reach, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth for our education consultancy services.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition:
- Identify and engage prospective clients, including students, parents, and educational institutions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in the education sector.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through effective networking and relationship-building.
2. Partnership Development:
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with educational institutions, universities, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with academic partners to create mutually beneficial programs and initiatives.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements that align with the company's goals and values.
3. Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Provide detailed information about our consultancy services to clients and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.
4. Market Intelligence:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and changes in the education landscape.
- Analyze market data to identify potential areas for growth and innovation.
- Provide regular reports on market trends and competitor activities.
5. Brand Representation:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's mission and values.

Job Specification:
- Education: Undergraduate or Post Graduate
- Professional skill required: Time management, excellent communication, adaptability, critical thinking, problem solving skills, punctuality
- Prior experience as a business development officer and counselor in education consultancy is highly preferred.
Other Specifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the education consultancy sector.
- Strong understanding of the education landscape and international education systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Professional in attitude and appearance
- Engaging in project tasks as determined by senior leadership or the Director of Operations.
