Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive enterprise sales, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to understand customer requirements and propose suitable products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inquiries from enterprise customers and recommend appropriate product and service offerings.
Identify prospective clients, establish customer mapping, and develop effective strategies for sales solicitation and closing.
Conduct market research and gather market insights and intelligence within the assigned area.
Plan and implement promotional and marketing activities related to enterprise business.
Plan sales activities and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales activity reports to the supervisor.
Establish and maintain strong, cordial, and professional relationships with clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely completion of projects.
Develop technical solution proposals and prepare quotations for offered products and services.
Participate in cross-functional activities within the sales department as required.
Monitor customer payment cycles and ensure timely collection and clearance of outstanding receivables.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the overall growth of the enterprise business.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 6 years

Required Age:More than 18 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Management, IT, or a related field with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, OR
Master’s degree in Management, IT, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Prior experience in business development, enterprise sales, or a related field is preferred.
IT knowledge will be an added advantage.
A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Excel.
Strong sales, negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve sales targets.
Must be courteous, punctual, professional, and willing to adhere to company policies and procedures.
