Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to expand our market presence and drive sales growth in the tiles, ceramics, and building materials sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and promoting the company's products to dealers, distributors, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in promoting and selling tile products to prospective and existing customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, contractors, architects, consultants, and project owners.
Conduct regular market visits and site visits to identify new business opportunities.
Meet customers and provide product information, recommendations, and support.
Deliver product presentations and follow up with potential clients.
Gather market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
Prepare and submit basic sales and activity reports.
Participate in exhibitions, promotional campaigns, and industry events as required.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
Experience in tiles, ceramics, construction materials, sanitaryware, hardware, or related industries will be preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of the local construction and building materials market

Additional Requirements:

Must own and operate a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
