Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive growth and expand our patient and corporate network. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the promotion of our preventive healthcare services. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, market insight, and strong communication skills to enhance Clinic One’s presence across Kathmandu Valley.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update daily outreach and sales activity data
Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across the assigned territory
Generate leads for all service lines and manage them throughout the sales cycle
Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients independently or in coordination with management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive long-term business growth
Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and service specifications with clients
Oversee contract negotiations and ensure profitability, operational feasibility, and smooth onboarding
Gather and analyze market information to support business promotion strategies
Apply modern digital marketing techniques to enhance outreach and lead generation
Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) to generate revenue
Handle client concerns and resolve issues effectively and professionally
Work under pressure to meet and exceed assigned revenue targets
Ensure achievement of individual sales and revenue goals
Communicate with doctors/nurses on health care information
Responsible for overseeing marketing tasks in all branches i.e. Jawalakhel, Lalitpur, SS Chowk, Bhaktapur and Mandikhatar, Kathmandu
Organize and participate in monthly health camps and events

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, with 3-5 years’ experience in a reputed institution
Experience in healthcare related institution is an added advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Knowledge of modern digital marketing tools and techniques
Sound knowledge of data-oriented tasks like Excel Sheet, Pivot Table, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and video editing
Smart and pleasant personality
Proactive, visionary, and client-friendly
Build good networking with corporate houses and medias
Possess good market analytical skills.
Good presentation skills in front of the corporate house
Manage to work and lead the team
Able to handle basic social media tasks
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
Preferably a two-wheeler and a license
