Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for training programs, events, and conferences.
• Build relationships with corporate organizations, government entities, NGOs, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and present tailored proposals to potential clients and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities.
• Analyze client needs and align services to meet their objectives effectively.
• Stay updated on industry developments and emerging opportunities.
• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with industry leaders, sponsors, and collaborators.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute programs that meet market demands.
• Negotiate terms and agreements with clients and partners to ensure mutual benefits.
• Event Promotion & Sales: Drive visibility and sales for training programs, workshops, and conferences.
• Reporting & Documentation: Ensure thorough tracking and reporting of activities and progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BBA, BBS, or relevant management field) 
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn quickly and work creatively
• Education in a related field such as Education, Banking, Business, or Communications is a plus
• Valid 2-wheeler license (mandatory).
• Two-wheeled vehicle (mandatory).
• Experience in a similar role will be prioritized.

Salary Range - NPR 20,000 - 30,000
