Job Overview:

We are looking for a Business Development Officer who is passionate about digital marketing and client acquisition. Your role will focus on expanding our client base, developing partnerships, and growing revenue by offering our marketing services to businesses that need them.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients who need digital marketing services.
Sales & Pitching: Develop compelling proposals and present customized marketing solutions to potential clients.
Market Research: Stay updated on trends in digital marketing, social media, and advertising to align our services with industry needs.
Networking & Partnerships: Build relationships with business owners, influencers, and other key stakeholders to expand our reach.
Client Relationship Management: Ensure client satisfaction by coordinating between clients and our creative team.
Revenue Growth: Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets by closing deals and upselling additional services.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management (preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or media).
Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital ads (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to identify client pain points and offer solutions tailored to their brand.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
