Job Description:
The Business Development Officer will drive growth and manage operations for our IT Training Institute. This role involves nurturing corporate partnerships, expanding educational collaborations, optimizing daily classroom operations, recruiting IT trainers, and onboarding potential students.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Training Development:
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients to offer tailored IT training solutions.
- Identify and analyze market trends to develop new training programs for corporate clients.
- Organize training schedules and ensure smooth delivery of corporate sessions.
University and Educational Institute Collaborations:
- Manage and strengthen partnerships with universities and educational institutions.
- Coordinate with faculty members to integrate our courses into IT programs.
- Ensure timely delivery and completion of semester-based training modules
Classroom and Training Operations:
- Oversee the daily functioning of classroom-based IT courses.
- Monitor trainees feedback and optimize course offerings to meet market demands.
- Collaborate with the academic and operational teams to ensure seamless training
Recruitment and Management of IT Trainers:
- Identify and hire qualified IT trainers for corporate and Inhouse courses.
- Oversee the onboarding process and ensure trainers align with the institute’s teaching standards.
- Maintain an updated roster of available trainers for various technologies and skill levels.
Student Engagement and Onboarding:
- Develop strategies to onboard visitors and convert them into enrolled students.
- Coordinate open house events, workshops, and promotional campaigns to attract potential trainees.
- Maintain strong communication with potential trainees throughout their learning journey.
Reporting and Strategic Planning:
- Generate and present monthly reports on business development activities, enrollments, and revenue growth.
- Develop strategies to achieve quarterly and annual business targets.
- Identify opportunities to expand the TechAxis footprint in new regions or markets.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proven track record of achieving business growth and developing successful partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with IT training programs and industry requirements.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data analysis.

Education + Experience:
