Business Development Officer is the dedicated person to take responsibility of Corporate Internet & SOHO Internet Sales. He/She has to be punctual , attentive and has to lead overall sales with an utmost dedication.

Responsibilities:

• Identify potential markets, customer needs, and trends in the ISP industry.
• Analyze competitors and their strategies to improve business offerings.
• Develop customized sales proposals and presentations that addresses the specific internet needs of each client.
• Develop strategies to attract and onboard new corporate customers.
• Build long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure retention.
• Address customer queries and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, leads, and revenue on weekly and monthly basis.
• Constantly focus and achieve given sales target.
• Coordinate with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership, excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor degree in management or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in sale and marketing field
