Location: Radhe-Radhe, Bhaktapur 

Job Type: 9 AM - 5 PM ( 5 working days in a week)

Job Description: 

AITC International Pvt. Ltd is actively seeking a Business Development Officer with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities. B2B sales, marketing and strategic analysis are important aspects of the position, along with exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to close deals. The ideal candidate has experience researching market trends, targeting relationships, and using proven methods to develop our business strategy while retaining marketing partners. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets. 
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective customers and seek the appropriate contact in an organization. 
  • Maintain relationships with customers/clients and meet with them in person or over the phone. 
  • Understand your customers' needs and respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these. 
  • Drawing up client contracts - depending on the size of the company, this task may be completed by someone else or agreements may not be as formal. 
  • Collaborate with design and sales teams to ensure that requirements are met. 
  • Train members of your team, arranging external training where appropriate. 
  • Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department. 
  • Liaise with the finance team, warehousing, and logistics departments as appropriate. 
  • Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate, and seek ways of improving the way the business operates. 
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world. 
  • Follow the latest industry developments and stay up to date on corporate competitors. 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master's degree or bachelor's equivalent 
  • Two years' proven record of accomplishment in business sales or related market 
  • Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting 
  • Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal 
  • Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements 
  • Ability to communicate information, whether technical or non-technical to staff members and customers, in a clear and concise manner
