• Identify and reach out to potential clients globally, build relationships, and negotiate contracts to win new business deals
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies and identify new product/service offerings
• Provide post-sales support and manage ongoing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, delivery) to align business development efforts with company objectives
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics to report progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably with a focus on international markets (US Based)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to engage with clients globally
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment during night shifts
