Job Overview:

Senior Business Development Officer will be responsible for driving the growth and development of international partnerships, ensuring smooth operational support, and fostering effective interdepartmental collaboration. This role involves strategic planning, relationship management, and comprehensive communication with various internal and external stakeholders. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Management 
  • Attending meeting with International Partner as per requirement 
  • Communicating with international partners as per requirement 
  • Strategy and Analysis of commercial and other marketing plans for onboarding and business enhancement 

Operational Roles 

  • Supporting team on memo development as per requirement 
  • Communicate and document the information provided by international staff 
  • Preparing reports as per requirement which is mainly impromptu 
  • Prepare CBA for any campaigns planned or any investment planned 
  • Research for new partners 
  • Approach new partners through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, or email and send proposal. 

Interdepartmental Roles 

  • Communication with brand for designs of collaterals (flyer, sticker, gift item), plan calendar by prioritizing partners, communicate requirements from International Representatives and partners, plan campaigns and determine budget 
  • Liaison between International representatives and operation team to solve issues 
  • Constant follow up during the integration of partners, daily verifying the wallet bonus and communicating to product team if there is any issue, communicate the issues raised by partner and International Representative communicating the team if there is any system issues.
  • Constant follow-up with team on boarding process of international partners.
  • Communicate about the campaigns FOC provided to partner, change in commission structure, share prepared memo, follow up regarding expense reimbursement of IR. Daily follow up on funding of partners and credit limits. Knowledge sharing regarding commission and campaigns.
  • Provide requirement of collaterals from IR and work jointly with admin to fulfill the requirement and Social media posts and co-branded promotion. 

Job Requirement: 

  • Masters Degree in Management
  • At least 2 years of experience in Remittance and Banking Industry 

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite along with Office 365 tools such as MS Team and MS SharePoint.
  • Effective Email Handling.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills. 
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. 
  • Strategic thinking. 
  • Customer-focused approach.
