Job Specifications:

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the software development, product development, and digital marketing sectors.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic planning and decision-making.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities by actively reaching out to prospective clients and presenting Tech Nirvana’s services and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and exceptional customer service.
  • Understand client needs and requirements, and develop tailored proposals and presentations to effectively address their challenges and objectives.

Partnership Development:

  • Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with other organizations, agencies, and stakeholders to enhance Tech Nirvana’s market reach and capabilities.
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.

Sales & Marketing Support:

  • Support the sales and marketing teams in developing marketing materials, sales pitches, and promotional campaigns to attract and retain clients.
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent Tech Nirvana and promote our services.

 Experience:

  • 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the technology or digital marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and business development goals.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of software development, product development, and digital marketing services.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

 Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of initiative, self-motivation, and drive to achieve results.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the tech industry, with a deep understanding of technology trends and advancements.
  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
