Business Development Officer

The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities relevant to manpower industry which can involve:

• Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential target markets
• Building and maintaining relationships with key sources of candidates 
• Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve objectives & target
  
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including branch offices
• Ensuring compliance with trade regulations and laws
• Representing the company in beneficial events and trade shows
• The main goal of the Business Development Officer is to expand the company's presence and increase its revenue

Candidates typically need the following qualifications:

• Education: A  bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, economics, or a related field is often required. .
• Work experience: 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in Marketing & Business Development, sales, or a manpower field is essential. 
• Language & skills: Proficiency in English (Verbal & Written) is essential. Hands-on computer proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and knowledge designing software.
• Strong communication skills: The ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients, candidates, and stakeholders from different community and cultures are essential.
  
• Analytical skills: The ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and evaluate the potential of new markets is important.
• Leadership skills: The ability to adapt cross-functional team, manage all projects with priority, and collaborate to achieve business goals is necessary.
• Strategic thinking: The ability to develop and execute long-term strategies for business growth is essential.
• Should have good personality, be presentable, energetic and able to work independently under high pressure.
